The old library sits in Bebel Square. It was built as Forum Fridericianum and is one of the nicest places in Berlin. Because of its unusual appearance, the building is also called the "chest of drawers" by the Berliners. This building too belongs to the splendid Unter den Linden Boulevard and is now used by old library.
